Smart Access Automation: ERP and IoT Device Integration

This project bridges the gap between financial management and physical security for one of Barcelona’s largest coworking operators. We developed a seamless integration between the client's core ERP, Salto smart lock hardware, and an external payment tracking engine. The primary objective was to automate office access based on real-time financial status, ensuring that entry permissions are dynamically granted or revoked depending on the payment standing of each member.

We built a centralized management dashboard that serves as a powerful "Front Desk" control center. This interface allows staff to monitor client status in real-time, manually override access when necessary, and gain immediate visibility into facility usage and billing compliance. By automating the link between the bank and the door, we significantly reduced administrative overhead and eliminated the security risks associated with manual access management.

The result is a sophisticated PropTech ecosystem that enhances the member experience while protecting the operator's revenue. The system operates silently in the background, synchronizing data across multiple platforms to ensure that only members in good standing can access the workspace, transforming a complex manual task into a fully automated business process.
